rice 1 cups
grated coconut 3 tsp
garlic cloves 10 nos
water ratio for 1 cup rice is 2 cups
water for dal 3 cups
urad dal 1 cups
fenugreek , jeera half spoon ,dry ginger 1 piece
Directions
slightly roast urad dal in a pan with 1 spoon coconut oil
then in a pressure cooker add water
rice and dal should be soaked in water for an hour
in the pressure cooker add rice , water , dal
then add coconut, dry ginger, jeera, garlic
add salt and a spoon of coconut oil
let it boil
after it started boiling simmer the stove and close the lid
