Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Rice- 1cup


  • Onion- 1small


  • Garlic- 3cloves


  • Methi leaves- 1/2cup


  • Boiled sweet corn- 1/2cup


  • Salt- 1/2tsp


  • Oil- 1tsp 1/2tsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp


  • Green chili- 1


  • Whole pepper corn- 1/2tsp


  • Green cardamom- 2

Directions

  • Wash and clean rice. In a sauce pan add rice,water, oil and salt and cook properly. keep aside.
  • In the mean time clean and chop onion, garlic and green chili
  • Soak methi leaves in a big bowl for 15 mins. Then chop them.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add pepper corn and green cardamom to it and let it infuse it's flavour. then chopped onion saute up to golden. Then add chopped garlic to it and saute.
  • Then add boiled corn and methi leaves and saute.
  • Now add haldi, green chili and salt and saute again.
  • At last add cooked rice and mix properly. So that the flavours of methi leaves will mix properly.
