Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup rice


  • 1/2 cup tuvar dal


  • 1 big onion chopped


  • 3 tometo chopped


  • 2 green chilli


  • 5 garlic chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take a cooker heat oil
  • Add garlic chopped
  • Add onion and green chilli
  • Saute it till pinkish
  • Add rice and dal
  • Add all masala
  • Saute it
  • Add tometo chopped
  • Add salt
  • Add 2 cup water
  • Whistle 3
  • Now open the lid
  • Mix well with dal ghotni
  • Serve hot with curd
