Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup rice


  • 1/2 cup chana daal


  • 1/4 cup moong daal


  • 1 tbsp urad daal


  • 1 cup palak puree


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 cup grated lauki


  • 1 cup grated carrot


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 lemon juice


  • For tadka 1 /2tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp seasme seeds


  • 7 curry leaves


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp chana


  • 1/2 cup grated cheese


  • 1/2 salad for topping

Directions

  • Soak rice and daal at night
  • Add ginger,chilli and make paste in mixi next morning
  • Make puree of palak
  • Add curd and palak puree in rice mix
  • Add all veggies and spices
  • Add lemon juice and mix all of them
  • Make tadka with given ingredents
  • Preheat ovan and add half of tadka in battar
  • Add 1 eno sachat in it
  • Add 2 tsp of battar in cupcake mould
  • Add cheese then again pour 2 tsp battar
  • Prepare all like that
  • And bake for 20 min.at 180 degree
  • Let them cool and demould
  • Spread green chutney upon them
  • And add salad and remaining tadka
  • Our healthy muffins are ready
