First cook the rice and mash it
Then add boiled mashed potato.
Then add onion, capicicum,green chilli, coriander leaves, and mix well
Add besan/maida, bread crumbs, salt, chhat masala and mix well
Take one portion and shape into a round boll and put a cheese cube make balls.
Roll each ball into a breadcrumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crisp.
Serve with tomato sauce and dip.
