Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup cooked rice any regular rice


  • 1no Onion finely chopped


  • 1|4cup Coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 2-3 Green chilli finely chopped


  • 60gm. Chees cut in to small part


  • 1No.Capcicum finely chopped


  • 1/4cup besan/maida


  • 1/2cup Bread crumbs


  • Salt to taste, 1tsp chhatmasala


  • Oil for fry , 1no. Boiled potato

Directions

  • First cook the rice and mash it
  • Then add boiled mashed potato.
  • Then add onion, capicicum,green chilli, coriander leaves, and mix well
  • Add besan/maida, bread crumbs, salt, chhat masala and mix well
  • Take one portion and shape into a round boll and put a cheese cube make balls.
  • Roll each ball into a breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crisp.
  • Serve with tomato sauce and dip.
