Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Rice- 1cup


  • Salt- 1tsp


  • Couliflower- 3florets


  • Beans- 4


  • Peas- 1/4cup


  • Carrot- 2medium


  • Capsicum- 1 small


  • Tomato- 3medium


  • Boiled potatoes- 2small


  • Onion- 3 medium


  • Ginger garlic- 2tsp


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp


  • Red chili powder- 1tsp


  • Pav bhaji masala- 2tbsp


  • Oil- 1tbsp 1/2tsp


  • Butter- 2tbsp


  • Zeera- 1/2tsp

Directions

  • Wash and clean rice properly. In a sauce pan add water and rice also salt and oil and cook up to done. Keep aside this rice.
  • Peel and chop onions and keep aside
  • clean and Chop tomatoes ans keep aside
  • Clean and Chop couliflower, beans, capsicum, carrot and boiled potatoes and keep aside
  • In another big kadai heat butter and oil and add chopped onion to it. Saute this up to golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute up to raw smell goes.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes amd cook in high flame for 2mins. Then add allthe dry ingredients and cook up to oil separates.
  • Now add all the chopped veggies and 1cup of water and cook up to soft.
  • Then rise the flame and make it dry.
  • Now add cooked rice and mix properly.
  • Serve this hot with lemon wedges and raita
