  • 1)Sabase pahale potato ki dry sabji bana leni he.ek pan me onion lal hone tak fry karalo fir fir ginger garlic paste dalo mirchi powder haldi powder add karo fir boiled potato salt add karo. ( 2) roti ka aata band lo fir rotiya belkar aadhi kacchi sek lo fir usme potato stuffing dalo paneer , almond aur sprouts uper rakna he.fir roll kardo .aur ghee lagakar sekna he.(tomato ketchup bhi roti me niche laga sakate he)
