Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6 Boiled eggs


  • 15 ml oil


  • 3 small sliced onion


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 15 ml soya sauce


  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper salt

Directions

  • Boil the eggs for 15 mins . Remove the shell, slightly pierce them with a knife or a fork
  • Heat oil, add the curry leaves,. Let them turn crisp.
  • Add onions and fry them till slight brown.
  • Add the soya sauce, pepper salt and mix well.
  • Add the eggs and give a mix carefully.
  • Fry on high flame for 45 secs to 1 min. Serve hot.
