Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 6 Boiled eggs

  • 15 ml oil

  • 3 small sliced onion

  • 10 curry leaves

  • 15 ml soya sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper salt

Directions

    Boil the eggs for 15 mins . Remove the shell, slightly pierce them with a knife or a fork

  • 02

    Heat oil, add the curry leaves,. Let them turn crisp.

  • 03

    Add onions and fry them till slight brown.

  • 04

    Add the soya sauce, pepper salt and mix well.

  • 05

    Add the eggs and give a mix carefully.

  • 06

    Fry on high flame for 45 secs to 1 min. Serve hot.
