Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Over ripe banana 2

  • Baking powder 1tsp

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Sugar grounded 1/2cup

  • Cinnamon powder1/8 tsp

  • Kishmish 1tbsp

  • Coconut chopped 1/4cup

  • Water to make paste 1cup

  • 2 cups flour

  • Oil to fry 2 cups

  • Fenell seeds 2 tbsp

Directions

    Peel and mash banana

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients to gether

  • 03

    Blend it with hand blender for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil

  • 05

    Drop spoon ful of batter in the hot oil for 5 to 6 times

  • 06

    Fry them golden at medium high flame .

  • 07

    Drain out in tissue paper

  • 08

    Serve hot
