Ingredients

  • Over ripe banana 2


  • Baking powder 1tsp


  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon


  • Sugar grounded 1/2cup


  • Cinnamon powder1/8 tsp


  • Kishmish 1tbsp


  • Coconut chopped 1/4cup


  • Water to make paste 1cup


  • 2 cups flour


  • Oil to fry 2 cups


  • Fenell seeds 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Peel and mash banana
  • Mix all ingredients to gether
  • Blend it with hand blender for 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil
  • Drop spoon ful of batter in the hot oil for 5 to 6 times
  • Fry them golden at medium high flame .
  • Drain out in tissue paper
  • Serve hot
