Ingredients

500 GMs Rice flour
1/2 bowl maida
1/2 bowl besan
1/2 bowl wheat flour
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 bowl fresh malai
50 GMs ginger
4 green chilli chopped
2 tsp curd
1/2 kg oil for frying
Directions
Firstly take all flours in a big plate and mix well.
Now take ginger, green chilli and curd in a mixer grinder to make a fine paste.
Mis this paste into a paste of flours and add dry spices, sesame seeds and fresh malai to make a smooth dough.
Now take Chakli machine. Add this dough into machine and pour it in a paper in the form of Chakli.
Fry it in oil slowly by flipping on both sides till golden brown.
