Rice powder 1 Bowl, cornflower 2tbsp,sugar 1cup,oil 4 tbsp,milk 1 cup,Eno ,colour of your choice

Add cornflower,sugar pwd,rice powder,oil in a bowl . mix well then add milk in it .this batter is little alkaline.make separate bowl for each colour add little colour in it . finally add ENO a pinch in every batter.mix nicely now steam it.
