Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Whole Wheat burger buns 2

  • Black Olive slices 1/2tablespoon

  • Tomato finely chopped 1/2tablespoon

  • Onion finely chopped 1/2tablespoon

  • Boiled corns 1/2 tablespoon

  • Finely chopped Green Capsicum 1/2 tablespoon

  • Pizza sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Grated Mozeralla cheese 2 tablespoon

  • Salt according to taste

  • Oregano 1 teaspoon

  • Slices of cucumber and Tomato 3-4 each

  • Washed & dried Lettuce leaves 2

  • Chilly flakes according to taste

Directions

    First mix all vegetables by adding salt and keep aside.

    Now take both buns and cut from the midway.

    Take pizza sauce and spread evenly on all 4 inner sides of buns.

    Take mixture of vegetables and spread evenly on all 4 sides. Now sprinkle mozeralla cheese liberally over it.

    At last sprinkle some chilly flakes and oregano .

    Now keep 4 bun sides separately in oven and bake till cheese melts and all buns become crisp.

    After taking out of oven spread lettuce leaves , tomato and cucumber slices on lower parts of both buns.

    Now keep upper baked part of buns over lower parts.

    At last sprinkle some mozeralla cheese and olives on top of burger pizza buns.

    Enjoy as it is or bake again till cheese on bun's top melts.

    As all know Kids love to have pizza and burger. This dish is combination of both .I have tried to make it healthy by adding lots of vegetables. So now mothers can serve this healthy pizza burger to kids without any worry.
