HOME MADE RICE FLOUR EGG AND CURRY

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/4Cup Rice Flour

  • 3Boiled and gretted potatoes

  • 1tbsp cornflour

  • 150 gms paneer

  • 1 pinch yellow food colour

  • (1 onion,1/2inch ginger, 5,6 garlic cloves,1/2tsp cumin seeds )roast and make a paste.

  • 2 tomatoes paste

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1tsp coriander powder

  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1tsp garam masala powder

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves

  • 2 bay leafs

  • 2green cardamom

  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds for tadka

  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder

Directions

    Mix gretted potato,rice flour, 1/2tspcorn flour,littile bit of salt make smooth dough don't add water.

    Now take a paneer add 1/2tsp cornflour, littile bit of salt and black pepper powder,food colour mix together make small balls like egg yolk.

    Now take a white dough (riceflour potato mix)make like bowl now set panner balls in it make a egg .

    Now take a frying pan heat 2tbsp oil and fry all veg eggs properly.

    Now make a curry, heat 1 tbsp oil add jeera, green cardamom, and bay leaf saute them

    next add chopped onion saute next add onion ,ginger, garlic, green chilli, and cumin roasted paste saute properly

    Now add tomato paste and spices mix properly and cover the lid and cook it in 2,3 minutes.

    When Masala extract oil then add water 1 cup cook it in 2,3 minutes now gravy is redy.now switch off the flame.

    now add eggs garnish some chopped coriander leaves and serve imidiatly. Enjoy!
