First of all take a two mixing bowls
All purpose flour dived in two parts
In a first bowl add salt ,carrom seeds and oil mix it well with your fingers
Then add spinach pure as concistancy For dough. Knead dough tight then rest it for 20 minute
Now in a another bowl add salt, oil , carrom seeds and again mix it well then add beet pure.
Knead dough and rest it for 20 minute
Heat the pan add oil when oil get hot add cumin seeds
When it splater add chopped onion
Now add ginger garlic pest, saute it for 2 minute then add all spices
Now add mash potatoes mix it well
Add salt super lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
Now Sabji is ready , cool it
Take a small ball of green dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin
Cut the edges and try to give it squre shape
Do same thing with beet dough. Roll it and cut the edges, try to give it squre shape
Green squre and red squre cut equal two parts put like a cross Like a picture.
Now put the filling of subji in the center
Now fould by one side and covered the subji
Now again fould with another side
Now we have two More two sides. We can cut it 2 CM. Like a strips of mat
Now we wived it like a mat one red and one Green
Almost we make mat samosa with same procces
Now heat the pan add oil, when it get little hot add samosa one by one and fry it on a low medium Flem.
Served it with sauce or chutany. U can give it to ur kids tiffin also. It is not only colourful but healthy also.
