Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes., drain and keep aside
In a pan heat olive oil and sauté onions till pink.
Add bell pepper and celery and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add rice, water, Saffron, seasoning cube, chilli flakes and salt
Let it simmer on medium heat till the rice is half cooked.
Then add orange juice and orange zest
Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add corn , peas and broccoli
Mix gently and evenly spread out veggies across the pan.Arrange the orange segments on the rice
Cover and cook on a gentle flame for 5 minutes until the rice is al dente
