Ingredients
Serves 2
1cup boiled rice
1/2 cup Vegetable chopped(Cauliflower, Mushrooms,Carrot)
2 green cardamom
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp garam Masala
1 chopped onion
2 tomatoes chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp coriander powder
2 green chillies chopped
1 string curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
1tsp salt
1tsp oil
Directions
Take a kadhai heat 1tsp oil Add jeera and green cardamom saute them .
Now add onion when onion till turned golden colour then add tomatoes and spices mix it.
Add chopped vegetables salt cook it in 2,3 minutes.
After 3 minutes add cooked rice and mix it properly.
Cook it in high flame another 2,3 minutes add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot,enjoy!
