1 cup idly batter
4 tablespoons beetroot pulp
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoons tamarind chutney
In a mixing bowl add all the idly batter and mix it well .
Now devide the batter in another bowl and add beetroot pulp and mix well .
Grease in a muffins mould with a little oil and add 1 tablespoons white batter and micro for 2 minutes .
Now add the beetroot mix batter and again micro for another 2 minutes .
Spread the tamarind Chutney and serve the Idly Twist .
