Ingredients

  • 1 cup idly batter


  • 4 tablespoons beetroot pulp


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds


  • 1 tablespoons tamarind chutney

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add all the idly batter and mix it well .
  • Now devide the batter in another bowl and add beetroot pulp and mix well .
  • Grease in a muffins mould with a little oil and add 1 tablespoons white batter and micro for 2 minutes .
  • Now add the beetroot mix batter and again micro for another 2 minutes .
  • Spread the tamarind Chutney and serve the Idly Twist .
