Ingredients

  • 1/2cup soaked moong dal paste

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/4cup bran

  • 1/2cup kasoori methi

  • 1/2cup curd

  • 1tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1tsp tumeric

  • 1tsp chilli powder

  • 1tsp mango powder

  • 1tsp cumin powder

  • 1tsp garam masala

  • 1tsp oil

  • Oil to fry 2cups

Directions

    Add all ingredients together in a bowl and kneed well with some water

    Cover it

    Keep on rest for 10 minutes .

    Make small balls with dough

    Make poories

    And fry them in hot oil.

    Serve with khajoor chutney
