1 cup roasted rice flour
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp eno fruit salt
1tsp Salt(adjust accordingly your taste)
1 tsp Ginger and green chilli paste
1 tsp hing
1 tsp sugar
1tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 stirng curry leaves
3 green chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp oil
Take a bowl add roasted rice flour, curd, sugar, salt, ginger and green chilli paste, hing, and add water also give it a good mix we want no lumps batter so mix properly and rest it At least 1/2 hour.
After 1/2an hour take a batter again mix it Add eno fruit salt and littile bit of water mix jently don't mix long time after adding eno now take a greejing plate add batter and steam 10 to 12 minutes in high flame.
After 12 minutes check it a toothpick toothpick is clean means it's ready now cool it and cut into a pieces
Take a tadka pan add heat oil add mustard seeds,green chillies, hing,and curry leaves fry it when tadka is ready transper this tadka in a dhokla plate garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve this dhokla with green chutney or coconut chutney enjoy!
