1cup leftover boiled rice
1tbsp plain flour
1tbsp Milk powder
1tsp cardamom powder
1tsp ghee(clarified butter)
1tsp chopped pistachews for garnish
Take a mixure jar add rice,maida,cornflour, and milk powder grind it without adding water.
Apply ghee your hands apply littile ghee in a plate take out the dough in a plate take a small part of the dough and make a balls.
Take a sauce pan add sugar and water when sugar melted and sugar syrup comes boil add rice balls and cover the lid
cook it in slow to medium flame just 8 to10 minutes
when balls double in size rice rasgulla is ready.switch off the flame.
Garnish some chopped pistachews and serve it enjoy!
