1 cup rice kanki
1 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 cup sour curd
1 inch ginger piece
2-3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
2-3 tbsp Oil or butter as required
Wash rice. Soak it for 12 hours . Drain water. Grind rice, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilies in a fine smooth paste.
Add curd & salt in a batter. Mix well.
Rest it for 15 to 30 minutes.
Take nonstick Tawa. Grease it with oil or butter. Pour batter and spread it evenly.
Once roasted flip it drizzle some oil and cook it slightly brown.
Serve hot with coconut, coriander & green chillies chutney
