1 cup Sama rice
1 tbsp sabudana
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp Rock salt or as per your taste
1/4 tsp Baking soda
For tempering : 1 tsp jeera
1 tsp sesame seeds
8-10 Curry leaves
2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
2-3 green chillies slitted
Soak Sama rice & Sabudana overnight.
Drain excess water. Add curd and grind until smooth. Add rock salt. Mix well. Keep rest for 3-4 hours.
Add baking soda & 1 tsp oil. Mix well.
Boil water in a dhokla maker. Grease plate with oil. Pour 1/2 Inch layer of dhokla. Steam it for 10 - 15 minutes.
Once done. Heat pan. Add oil. Add Jeera, curry leaves, green chillies & sesame seeds. Saute it.
Pour this tampering over dhokla. Cut into pieces. Serve hot with satvik green chutney.
