1 cup Cooked Basmati Rice
1/2 cup grated jaggery (or as per your taste)
2-3 tsp ghee
3 tbsp Dry coconut cut in thin slices
5-6 almonds chopped
1 pinch saffron edible colour (dissolved in 1 tsp water)
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cardamom, cloves, chopped dry fruits & coconut. Saute all until light brown.
Add cooked rice, grated jaggery and saffron colour. Stir all properly.
Once jaggery mixed properly in rice and separated ghee then turn off flame.
Serve hot tasty & yummy 😋 zarda.
