Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup Cooked Basmati Rice

  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery (or as per your taste)

  • 3-4 cardamom

  • 2-3 tsp ghee

  • 2-3 cloves

  • 3 tbsp Dry coconut cut in thin slices

  • 5-6 cashews

  • 7-8 raisins

  • 5-6 almonds chopped

  • 1 pinch saffron edible colour (dissolved in 1 tsp water)

Directions

    Heat ghee in a pan. Add cardamom, cloves, chopped dry fruits & coconut. Saute all until light brown.

  • 02

    Add cooked rice, grated jaggery and saffron colour. Stir all properly.

    Once jaggery mixed properly in rice and separated ghee then turn off flame.

  • 04

    Serve hot tasty & yummy 😋 zarda.
