Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For Quiche, 1 and 1/2 cup Maida


  • 1/2 cup cold Butter


  • 1/4 Ice cold Water


  • 1 egg


  • 1 /2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • For stuffing, 4 medium sized boiled potatoes(2 potato is nicely boiled and 2 potato boil cut in diced shape)


  • 3/4 cup fresh Cream


  • 1 medium size chopped Onion


  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped


  • 1 tsp black pepper for cooking and sprinkle


  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder,1/4 tsp or less nutmeg powder


  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


  • 1/2 cup pizza cheese


  • 1 and 1/4 tsp mixed herbs for cooking and sprinkle over


  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Red Chilli flakes for cooking and sprinkle


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking


  • 4 to 5 Olives


  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander for garnish

Directions

  • For Quiche, In a bowl take maida,add cold butter and mix with palm nicely, add egg in cold water and mix . Now add whisk egg with cold water in it add salt and make a dough of it, now place this dough in fridge for an hour to set.
  • For creame potato mash , In pan take 2 boil potato and mash it nicely no lumps appear, now add fresh cream,black pepper,cinnamon and nutmeg powder and salt in it.
  • Heat oil in other pan add onion and garlic now add 2 boiled and diced shape potato mix all herbs,flakes and salt and mix well, now stir it till mix well.
  • Now make quiche- Take dough out of fridge and make quiche of it and place again it in fridge for for 10-15 min for set.After 15 min take out of fridge and blind baked it in preheated oven on 170* to 180* for 20-25 min or till crust is crisp.
  • When it done,spread creamy poatato mash in it and spread masala potato over it.now spread both cheese over it.
  • Now sprinkle black pepper, mixed herb, chilli flakes ,fresh coriander,salt and olives over it and pour some olive oil over it. again bake it in oven for till cheese melt or till brown in colour.
  • When done serve hot with tomato sauce
