Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1 cup milk maid / condenced milk


  • 2 tbsp chocolate powder


  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter


  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cup luke warm milk


  • 2-3 drop vanila essence


  • 1/4 cup digestive biscuit powder


  • 1 tsp butter for greasing

Directions

  • First in a big bowl add whole wheat flour ,baking soda and baking powder . Mix all ingredients well .
  • Now in a saperate bowl , add butter and sugar . Beat it with beater until it becomes fluffy. Now add milk maid . Mix well.
  • Now add whole wheat flour mix into this and add luke warm milk . Then at last add vanila essence . Mix all ingredients gentaly .cake mix is ready .
  • Take bundt pan , grese it well with butter .Now pour cake mix .
  • Preheat the oven , put bundt pan into the oven and bake it for about 35-40 minutes At 180- 200 degree celcius .
  • Take out bundt from oven . let it cool down . Then sprinkle some digestive biscuit powder on it And serve .
