Pulse Nachos to find crumbs and keep it aside
Add salt to flour and mix well in seperate bowl. Keep it aside
Line baking tray with parchment paper
In third bowl, mix egg and milk
Cheese should be cold, cut into lengthwise sticks. Neither too thick nor too thin
Dip cheesesticks in egg and then coat with flour
Again coat with egg and then flour
Each stick should be coated with egg and flour thrice
Finally coat with nacho crumbs and place on baking tray
Do until all cheese sticks are completed
Freeze for 5-6 hours
Preheat oven to 180 and bake for 6 minutes
After 3 minutes, pause, flip all the sticks and bake for remaining time. Overall it should not be baked for more than 6 minutes
Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Serve warm
