Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100g Mozarella cheese


  • 100g Nachos preferably spicy version


  • 1 tbsp milk


  • 1/2 cup flour


  • 1 egg


  • 1 teaspoon oregano


  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste

Directions

  • Pulse Nachos to find crumbs and keep it aside
  • Add salt to flour and mix well in seperate bowl. Keep it aside
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper
  • In third bowl, mix egg and milk
  • Cheese should be cold, cut into lengthwise sticks. Neither too thick nor too thin
  • Dip cheesesticks in egg and then coat with flour
  • Again coat with egg and then flour
  • Each stick should be coated with egg and flour thrice
  • Finally coat with nacho crumbs and place on baking tray
  • Do until all cheese sticks are completed
  • Freeze for 5-6 hours
  • Preheat oven to 180 and bake for 6 minutes
  • After 3 minutes, pause, flip all the sticks and bake for remaining time. Overall it should not be baked for more than 6 minutes
  • Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Serve warm
