  • 2 full ripe pineapple

  • 1 cup organic jaggery

  • 1 tsp white pepper powder

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Take a full ripe pineapple peel and grate it
  • Then transfer the grated pineapple to thick bottomed Kadai, allow it to cook
  • Then add jaggery, cardamom powder and Pepper powder to it.
  • Keep stir till mixture become thick and moisture content went off
  • Turn off flame and allow it to cool
  • Once jam completely cool down store it in a tight container for long term
