Take sooji in bowl. Add yogurt and mix well.
Add water and salt to make mixture of not so thick not so thin consistency.
Add all the chopped veggies in it.
Add turmeric powder in mixture and mix well.
Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, if the mixture seems to be too thick add some more water and mix well.
Add baking soda and lemon juice and mix in one direction.
Quickly pour the mixture in cupcake moulds and microwave for 4 minutes.
