Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup Rava/ Sooji


  • 1/2 cup yogurt


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes


  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot


  • 1/2 tablespoon green chilli (chopped)


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 2 teaspoon salt


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Take sooji in bowl. Add yogurt and mix well.
  • Add water and salt to make mixture of not so thick not so thin consistency.
  • Add all the chopped veggies in it.
  • Add turmeric powder in mixture and mix well.
  • Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, if the mixture seems to be too thick add some more water and mix well.
  • Add baking soda and lemon juice and mix in one direction.
  • Quickly pour the mixture in cupcake moulds and microwave for 4 minutes.
  • Enjoy these beautiful red yellow sunrise like cupcakes with your kids.
