Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Boiled potato 2


  • cooked rice 1/2 katori


  • carrot chopped 1


  • onion chopped 1


  • vermisill 4 tbsp


  • Salt 3/4 tbsp or to taste


  • Chat masala 1 tbsp


  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp


  • maida 4 or 5 tbsp

Directions

  • In a bowl add rice, grated potato.
  • Add chopped onion and carrots.
  • Add salt, chat masala, Coriander powder, and mix well.
  • Add maida and make a soft dough.
  • Greese your palms with oil.
  • Take small portion from the dough and roll it and then flatten it with your palm.
  • spread vermisill in a plate then roll the cutlets into it.
  • Hot the oil in a pan. Put the cutlet into hot oil.
  • Fry it till golden brown from both the sides.
  • Remove it in tissue paper.
  • Serve it with ketchup and onion rings.
