In a bowl add rice, grated potato.
Add chopped onion and carrots.
Add salt, chat masala, Coriander powder, and mix well.
Add maida and make a soft dough.
Greese your palms with oil.
Take small portion from the dough and roll it and then flatten it with your palm.
spread vermisill in a plate then roll the cutlets into it.
Hot the oil in a pan. Put the cutlet into hot oil.
Fry it till golden brown from both the sides.
Remove it in tissue paper.
Serve it with ketchup and onion rings.
