For seasoning 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Pink salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Few apple mint 4nos
Handful of celery chopped 1
1 tsp butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine yoghurt, mayo,lemon juice, basil, oregano, rosemary , chili flakes,crushed mint leaves , celery and salt in large bowl and whisk to combine.Add boiled potatoes,seet corn,red onions, cucumber, tomato and black pepper powder.Stair to combine.
Now take the bun and hollow out the center.
Apply the butter on all the buns.
Fill the potato salad mixture in the center of the bun and top with grated cheese.
Bake those stuffed buns in a pre heated oven for 5mins@180℃.
