Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 15 ml oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 green chilli

  • 4 curry leaves

  • 1 teaspoon urad dal

  • 1/2 Capsicum

  • 1 tablespoon moong dal

  • 1 sliced onion

  • 1 serving bowl cooked rice

  • Salt 2taste

  • Water 2 the level of rice

  • 4 teaspoon Everest sambar powder

  • 6 mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Directions

  • 01

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard and cumin seeds, green Chilly, Curry leaves, urad dal, chopped capsicum, moong dal, onion. Fry well.

  • 02

    Add cooked rice , water, salt , sambar powder, mint and coriander leaves. Pressure cook for 6 whistles.

    Enjoy hot with Raita.
