Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Rice 2 cup

  • Urad dal 3/4 cup

  • Water 5 to 6 cup or as required

  • For filling ingredients-cheese cubes 4

  • Oil 1tsp

  • Capcicum 1 chopped

  • Paneer grated 50g

  • Tomato sauce 3tsp

  • Chilli sauce 1tsp

  • Soya sauce 1tsp

  • Black pepper 1/2tsp

  • Salt 1/2tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp or as required

  • Chopped onion 1

Directions

    soak in water rice and urad dal together 2 to 3 hours

    Grind it together

  • 03

    Ferment it for 6 to 7 hours

    After fermentation add salt mix it

  • 05

    Heat the dosa tawa spread rice better

    Make crispy dosa

    For filling-heat pan add oil

    Add onion and capsicum

    Salt ,black pepper

    Now mix paneer,all sauce

    Turn off gas

    Mix cheese

    Fill it in ready dosa

    Serve hot
