Ingredients

  • Bread slices 2

  • Eggs 2

  • Mozzarella or cheddar or both mixed 1 cup

  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp

  • Blackpepper powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 a tsp

Directions

    Using a round cookie cutter, cut the bread slices in the centre. Reserve the cut off discs for later use.

    Heat butter in a pan and place the bread slices with the discs. Break an egg into the hole in each. Cover and cook until done. Sprinkle blackpepper and salt.

    After 2 minutes, top it up with grated cheese and red chilli flakes. Cook just until the cheese melts. Serve immediately for a scrumptious breakfast.
