Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup green moong daal split


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp green chili paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp salt or as your taste


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 2 tbsp sezwan sauce


  • 2 cheese cube

Directions

  • Soak moong daal for 3 to 4 hours
  • Crush daal with adding little water
  • Make a soft batter and add salt
  • Also add ginger garlic and chili paste
  • Add soda and mix well
  • Heat a tava and add 1 tsp oil heat oil
  • Pour 3 to 4 tbsp batter and make a chilla
  • Cook till golden brown
  • Once chilla cooked cut in to heart shape
  • Spread sezwan sauce and grate cheese Put another piece of chilla
  • Put in to microwave of 30 sec or till cheese melts
  • Serve hot
