How to make cake flour :
Take 1.5 cups of maida , remove 3 tbsp of the maida and add 3 tbsp of cornflour.
Whisk the butter, oil and sugar till fluffy. Add the eggs ,vanilla extract and whisk.
Sieve the flour and baking powder, keep aside. Now fold in the flour mix and milk into 2 parts into the egg mixture.
Pour this mixture into a greased baking tin, and bake in preheated oven or microwave oven (convection mode) at 165℃ for 35 minutes. Let the cake get cooled enough.
To make the frosting, whisk the butter and add the icing sugar. Whisk and add the vanilla extract.
Whisk until everything is fluffy, add the cream and whisk for few seconds more. Divide the frosting into 3 parts.
Add respective gel colours to 3 parts, pour them into piping bags fitted with nozzles. Pipe flowers onto the cake.
