Maida - 1.25 cups
Dry Yeast - 2 tsp
Semolina - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Cayenne pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 th tsp
Grated Mozzarella cheese - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Activate the yeast, using warm milk, dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Wait till it froths .
Now knead a dough using all the ingredients except the cheese, and the activated yeast. Let it rise in a warm environment for about 2 hrs.
Now roll the dough out and cut rectangular strips, the width should be that wide that the grated Mozzarella can be spread inside.
Then roll it and seal the ends. Apply some olive oil and let it rise again for about 20 minutes.
Bake them at 200℃ , in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
