Ingredients

5-6 tomatoes
2-3 green chilli
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 big boiled potatoes
1½ cup corn flour (makki ka aata)
1 cup rice flour
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 tbsp Corriander leaves
5-6 garlic
Directions
Wash tomatoes and grind them in a mixer grinder
Heat up a pan and put grated garlic in it then red chilli powder, garam masala, green chillies and salt
Now add grinded tomatoes saute until it leaves the oil
in a bowl mix the boiled potatoes ,rice flour, salt and corn flour with very little water make a soft dough
Now take the dough and give the shape of boats and deep fry them
In a plate set the boats fill salsa in them and decorate them according to the picture with the help of screwers
