Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup maida


  • 1 cup milk water


  • 1 cup fresh cream


  • 1 cup powdered suger


  • 1 cup milk pwd


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwd


  • 4 drops of almond essence


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1 cup suger


  • 1 cup coconut pwd


  • 1 tsp custerd pwd


  • 1 tsp milk pwd


  • For Halwa,,,,,1 cup poppy seeds


  • 1 cup almond and cashchew pwd


  • 2 cardamom pwd


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 tbsp pure ghee

Directions

  • For cake ,,seive the maida ,baking pwd and baking soda
  • Take a bowl put fresh cream ,milk
  • Mix well
  • Add milk pwd ,suger
  • Add maida
  • Mix well in one side
  • Add almond essence
  • Take a greesed oven trey
  • Put the mixture in it
  • Keep the convention mode 180℃ for 35 min
  • Make rabdi with milk ,milk pwd,coconut pwd suger and custerd pwd
  • Make halwa
  • Take a pan heat ghee
  • Add poppy seeds ,almonds and kaju pwd
  • Saute till till brown
  • Add milk
  • Saute it till thick
  • Add suger mix well
  • Off the gas keep it cool
  • Now cut the cake in three parts
  • Take a plate keep piece of bottom
  • Spread rabdi on it
  • Spread badam halva
  • Cover with middle cake piece
  • Spread rabdi ,badam halwa
  • Cover with top piece of cake
  • Now spread rabdi whole cake
  • Now decorate with tutti fruti,silver balls and dry fruits
  • Keep it in freeze 1 hour
  • Enjoy the badam rabdi cake
