Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200gm jaggery


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1 cup grated coconut


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cup rice flour


  • 6-7 crushed strawberries


  • 1 litre milk


  • 2 tbs sugar


  • 5-6 Almonds for decoration

Directions

  • Boil the water and put jaggery in it
  • Heat up the pan and put the ghee in it put grated coconut in it fry for sometime then mix jaggery until thick consistency
  • Now take rice flour ,some oil and mix crushed strawberries in it ,make dough by using little hot water.
  • Now boil water in a vessel and put seive on it
  • In the meanwhile put milk on the low flame, keep stirring until it becomes thick
  • Now take a little dough and make a petal of lotus fill the ready mixture in it and stick the other petals according to the picture
  • Now put all the flowers on the seive for 10 minutes, cover them with the lid.
  • Put sugar and cardamom powder in the milk to make a thick rabri
  • Now in a tray spread rabri set flowers and decorate with almonds
