  • 200gm jaggery

  • 2 tsp ghee

  • 1 cup grated coconut

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 cup rice flour

  • 6-7 crushed strawberries

  • 1 litre milk

  • 2 tbs sugar

  • 5-6 Almonds for decoration

    Boil the water and put jaggery in it

  • 02

    Heat up the pan and put the ghee in it put grated coconut in it fry for sometime then mix jaggery until thick consistency

    Now take rice flour ,some oil and mix crushed strawberries in it ,make dough by using little hot water.

    Now boil water in a vessel and put seive on it

    In the meanwhile put milk on the low flame, keep stirring until it becomes thick

    Now take a little dough and make a petal of lotus fill the ready mixture in it and stick the other petals according to the picture

    Now put all the flowers on the seive for 10 minutes, cover them with the lid.

    Put sugar and cardamom powder in the milk to make a thick rabri

    Now in a tray spread rabri set flowers and decorate with almonds
