  • 2 potatoes


  • 1onion sliced


  • 1tsp jeera seeds


  • 1pinch hing


  • 1badi elaichi(cardamom)


  • 1/2spoon haldi powder


  • 1tbsp dhanya saunf powder


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 4 cloves


  • 1" dalchini stick


  • 1tsp ya as par taste salt


  • 2spoon mustard oil for cooking


  • To grind...2tsp rice


  • 2cardamom powder


  • 1bowl curd

Directions

  • sabse Pehle rice or peeled cardamom ko grind kare
  • ab ess powder ko curd mai mix kare.
  • ab kadhi mein oil Garam Kare aur usme hing, jeera,black cardamom ,cloves, dalchini ko Khushboo Aane Tak Saute Kare.
  • ab isme potatoes add Kare aur saute Kare
  • add some water, salt aur dhakkar pakai
  • ab esme sabhi masale add Kare aur saute Kare
  • ab usme whisked curd mixture Milaye aur gas ko sim Rakhe aur hilate Hue Gada hone Tak pakaye.
  • garama garam aloo ka palda ko green coriander leaves se garnish kar prantha ya chapati ke sath serve Kare
