Wash and drain poha in a seive
Take a pan,put on a flame. Add oil in the pan, now add mustard seed to it. Let it crackle . When it starts crackling,add curry leaves, groundnuts, chilli -garlic paste and saute it till raw smell of chilli-garlic is gone.
Then add chopped potatoes and chillies to it
Add salt and mix it nicely
Cover and cook till the potatoes are cooled nicely , Add some water if needed to cook potatoes
After potatoes is cooked add poha ,sugar and lemon juice ,mix it well . Taste and adjust seasoning to it if needed
Garnish it with corriander leaves,pomogranate seeds and besan sev
Serve hot with breakfast or evening snacks
