Ingredients

  • 1 bowl rava


  • 1/2bowl oats


  • 2-3spoon sugar powder ya hunny


  • 3-4spoon chopped dryfruits(kismis, badam, kaju, walnuts)


  • 1 tbsp ghee ya butter


  • 1/2spoon baking powder


  • 2spoon Coco powder


  • 1spoon vinegar


  • Garnish ke liye 7-8chery aur walnuts


  • Icing ke liye 1spoon fresh cream


  • 1spoon Coco powder


  • 1spoon sugar powder

Directions

  • rava aur oats ko alag alag Pan Mein dalkar dry roast Kare colour nahi change hona chahiye
  • badam Kaju aur walnuts Ko bhi pan Mein dalkar dry roast kare.
  • 1 ball mai rava oats, sugar chopped dry fruits ,ghee aur cocoa powder dalkar acche se mix kare.
  • ab warm water Se ghadha better taiyar Kare aur 10 minute ke liye side mein Rakhe.
  • 10 minute ke baad better main baking powder or vinegar add Kare aur muffins mould ko ghee se grease kare.
  • ab moulds me better daale aur ek tray mai Pani dalkar usme moulds rakhe aur 2 minute microwave kare.
  • Ab muffins ko toothpick check Kare toothpick clean hai tab muffins taiyar hai agar nahi Tab 1 minute aur microwave kare.
  • Ab thanda hone par muffins ko moulds se nikale.
  • fresh cream sugar aur cocoa powder Ko Milaye Aur icing taiyar kare.
