  • Badi elaychi -1crushed


  • Green chili paste -1tbs


  • Garlic paste-1tbs


  • Kaju paste-2tbsp


  • Almonds paste-4tbsp


  • Orange N green food colour -1pinch


  • kismish-3tbsp


  • saffron -5,6threads

Directions

  • Sabse chaval ko wash kr le or soak kr le 1/2 hrs k liye.
  • ab hm shahi paneer BIRYANI ka masala ready krenge uske liye ek pan me sare dry masalo ko rost kr le jb tak masalo ka colour change na ho jaye tab tk rost krenge fir use thanda kr le or grind krke fine powder bna le.
  • Ab fir se ek pan rkhe or usme butter ya desi ghee add kre ghee melt hone k bad shahijeera or bayleaf dale or fir jo masale grind kiye usme thoda pani dal ke pan me add kr le or fir usme tomato puree, salt garlicpaste,green chili paste,pudina paste kar ke thodi der pka le
  • fir dahi ko fet ke masalo me add kre or achi tarah se mix kr lijiye.
  • ab is masalo me salt add kre, or kaju n almonds paste dale or mix kre
  • Thodi der pakaye fir paneer ke tukde cube side me cut rke dalde ap chahe to paneer ko fry kr skte hi
  • ab masala ready ho gya hi ab soak kiye huye chaval ko boil krenge ek bartan me soaked rice 3cup pani n sabut masala dal kr ubal le
  • Fir thoda pak jane k bad chaval ko chan le kyo k dum lagane k liye chaval ko jyada nhi boil krna hi ab ham chan k rakh lete hi
