Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms cauliflower


  • 1 cups basmathi rice


  • 2 nos finely sliced big onion


  • 2 nos finely sliced tomato


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1/4 cups mint and coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 nos star anais


  • 1 piece cinnamom


  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

  • Deep Fry the Cauliflower in oil until it turns brown
  • Place a cooker add two table spoon oil once oil get heated add 1 bay leaf, 1 star anais and 1 piece cinnamom fry it well
  • Add two chopped big onion and saute until onion turns golden brown
  • Add 2 finely sliced tomato and cook it till the raw smell goes
  • Now add 1 green chilli and 1/4 tea spoon ginger garlic paste and saute well
  • Once raw smell goes add 1 table spoon chilli powder, 1 table spoon garam masala powder and fried cauliflower mix it well
  • Now add 2 glass of water and required salt, Stir it well. Allow the mixture to boil
  • once mixture started to boil add few coriander leaves and mint leaves and 1 glass of soaked basmathi rice
  • Close the cooker lid and wait for 2 whistles
  • After 2 whistles, once pressure get released, open the lid. That's it tasty cauliflower rice is ready
