Ingredients

Serves 2

  • cauliflower 250 gms

  • Basmathi Rice 1 cups

  • Finely Sliced Big onion 2 nos

  • Finely Sliced Tomato 2 nos

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • Mint and Coriander Leaves 1/4 cups

  • Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Star Anais 1 nos

  • Cinnamom 1 piece

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/4 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tbsp

  • Cooking Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Deep Fry the Cauliflower in oil until it turns brown

  • 02

    Place a cooker add two table spoon oil once oil get heated add 1 bay leaf, 1 star anais and 1 piece cinnamom fry it well

    Add two chopped big onion and saute until onion turns golden brown

  • 04

    Add 2 finely sliced tomato and cook it till the raw smell goes

    Now add 1 green chilli and 1/4 tea spoon ginger garlic paste and saute well

    Once raw smell goes add 1 table spoon chilli powder, 1 table spoon garam masala powder and fried cauliflower mix it well

    Now add 2 glass of water and required salt, Stir it well. Allow the mixture to boil

    once mixture started to boil add few coriander leaves and mint leaves and 1 glass of soaked basmathi rice

    Close the cooker lid and wait for 2 whistles

  • 10

    After 2 whistles, once pressure get released, open the lid. That's it tasty cauliflower rice is ready
