Take a kadhai add oil to it
Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic and cook for 2 min
Now add finely chopped onion , cabbage, carrot and capcicum and cook for 5 min
Now add salt , black pepper, soya sauce , green chilli sauce and jeeravan pwd and mix it for 2 min
Now add boiled rice and mix all of them properly now add fried boiled noodles and shallow fried cottage cheese and mix all them vry carefully
Now take a servong bowl put fried papadh in it then crispy fried rice on it .
Garnish it with finely chopped spring onions
