Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 1 cup boiled and fried noodles


  • 1/2 cup shallow fry cottage cheese


  • 1 /4 cup finely chopped cabbage


  • 1 capcicum finely chopped


  • 1 carrot finely chopped


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce


  • 1/2 tsp jeeravan pwd


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper pwd


  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger


  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp finely chopped spring onions for garnish


  • 1 fried papadh

Directions

  • Take a kadhai add oil to it
  • Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic and cook for 2 min
  • Now add finely chopped onion , cabbage, carrot and capcicum and cook for 5 min
  • Now add salt , black pepper, soya sauce , green chilli sauce and jeeravan pwd and mix it for 2 min
  • Now add boiled rice and mix all of them properly now add fried boiled noodles and shallow fried cottage cheese and mix all them vry carefully
  • Now take a servong bowl put fried papadh in it then crispy fried rice on it .
  • Garnish it with finely chopped spring onions
