raw rice, cooked & cooled 1/2 cups
oil 2 tbsp
dry red chili 1 nos
curry leaves 1 sprig
asafoetida 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds 1 tsp
urad dal 1 tbsp
roasted peanuts 2 tbsp
roasted cashew 20 nos
salt or to taste 1 tsp
curry leaves powder 3 tbsp
Directions
heat oil in a pan and temper with dry red chili and mustard seeds. Then add asafoetida, curry leaves and urad dal.
Now add peanuts, cashews, rice, salt and curry leaves powder.
