1/2 cups raw rice, cooked & cooled
2 tbsp oil
1 nos dry red chili
1 sprig curry leaves
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
20 nos roasted cashew
1 tsp salt or to taste
3 tbsp curry leaves powder
Directions
heat oil in a pan and temper with dry red chili and mustard seeds. Then add asafoetida, curry leaves and urad dal.
Now add peanuts, cashews, rice, salt and curry leaves powder.
