Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups raw rice, cooked & cooled


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 nos dry red chili


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp urad dal


  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts


  • 20 nos roasted cashew


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  • 3 tbsp curry leaves powder

Directions

  • heat oil in a pan and temper with dry red chili and mustard seeds. Then add asafoetida, curry leaves and urad dal.
  • Now add peanuts, cashews, rice, salt and curry leaves powder.
