Ingredients

  • raw rice, cooked & cooled 1/2 cups

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • dry red chili 1 nos

  • curry leaves 1 sprig

  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • urad dal 1 tbsp

  • roasted peanuts 2 tbsp

  • roasted cashew 20 nos

  • salt or to taste 1 tsp

  • curry leaves powder 3 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    heat oil in a pan and temper with dry red chili and mustard seeds. Then add asafoetida, curry leaves and urad dal.

    Now add peanuts, cashews, rice, salt and curry leaves powder.
