Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm milk and cover for 10 minutes
Mix 3/4 spoon salt and 1 spoon oil in refined flour
add activated yeast and knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water
Punch for 10 minutes
Brush oil on dough and cover for 1 hour
Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok and saute onions
Add carrot and capsicum
Cook for 2 minutes
Add corn and cottage cheese
Add 1/4 spoon salt,sauce,pizza seasoning and butter
Switch off the flame and let it cool
When the dough will be double in size punch again
Devide the dough in 8 portions and roll into thick circle
Put 1 spoon corn mixture in middle and fold from both sides
Apply water to seal the edges
Press sides with fork and prick pockets with fork
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry pizza pockets
Serve hot
