Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup refined flour


  • 1/2 cup lukewarm milk


  • 1 spoon sugar


  • 1 spoon dry active yeast


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 1/4 cup Lukewarm water


  • 1 spoon tomato sauce


  • 1 spoon pizza seasoning


  • 1/2 cup boiled corn


  • 1 cup finely chopped veggies(onion,carrot,capsicum)


  • 100 gram cottage cheese finely chopped


  • 1/4 cup grated cheese


  • 1 spoon butter


  • Refined oil 250 gram

Directions

  • Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm milk and cover for 10 minutes
  • Mix 3/4 spoon salt and 1 spoon oil in refined flour
  • add activated yeast and knead a soft dough by adding lukewarm water
  • Punch for 10 minutes
  • Brush oil on dough and cover for 1 hour
  • Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok and saute onions
  • Add carrot and capsicum
  • Cook for 2 minutes
  • Add corn and cottage cheese
  • Add 1/4 spoon salt,sauce,pizza seasoning and butter
  • Switch off the flame and let it cool
  • When the dough will be double in size punch again
  • Devide the dough in 8 portions and roll into thick circle
  • Put 1 spoon corn mixture in middle and fold from both sides
  • Apply water to seal the edges
  • Press sides with fork and prick pockets with fork
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry pizza pockets
  • Serve hot
