Add yeast in lukewarm water
Add sugar in it
Sieve flour and take it in bowl
Add butter,salt and yeast mix
Make a dough using milk
Knead it for 7 min.
Then sprinkle some flor on worktop and roll down dough in 1/2 inch thickness
Then cut with donut cutter
Sprinkle flour in a tray and arrange them
Grease with oil and cover with towel
Keep for 1-2 hours for ferment
When they become double heat oil and fry them golden.let them cool
Till then make glaze
Take icing sugar and milk stir finely
Add colour and essence
Dip donuts in glaze and dacorate with desired sprinkles
