Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 Tawa Parantha fresh


  • 2 tablespoon Ghee


  • finely chopped Mixed nuts like cashews, walnuts and Almonds 1/2 tablespoon


  • 1/3 tablespoon white Sesame Seeds


  • 1/2 tablespoon dessicated Coconut powder


  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  • For Garnishing: Peanuts 1 tablespoon


  • Kishmish 1 tablespoon


  • Cashewnuts 2

Directions

  • First break the paranthas in small pieces, by shredding it with hands.
  • Then place it in a mortar and pestle and crush it into a coarse crumbly texture.
  • A chopper or a food processor can also be used for this purpose.
  • At this point add the sugar, sesame seeds and chopped nuts. Lightly toss it all together for a couple of minutes till incorporated.
  • Transfer ready choorie into a bowl and garnish with mentioned ingredients . Serve the dry fruit Choorie immediately.
  • My Tip: Sugar can also be replaced by jaggery powder.
