First break the paranthas in small pieces, by shredding it with hands.
Then place it in a mortar and pestle and crush it into a coarse crumbly texture.
A chopper or a food processor can also be used for this purpose.
At this point add the sugar, sesame seeds and chopped nuts. Lightly toss it all together for a couple of minutes till incorporated.
Transfer ready choorie into a bowl and garnish with mentioned ingredients . Serve the dry fruit Choorie immediately.
My Tip:
Sugar can also be replaced by jaggery powder.
