Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup rice


  • 1/4 cup green moong daal


  • 2 tnsp chana daal


  • 2 tbsp yellow moong daal


  • 3 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 cloves


  • 2 cardmon


  • 1 chakri phool


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 javitri


  • 1 stick of cinemin


  • 1/2 chop carrot


  • 1 potato chopped


  • 1/2 cup chop cauliflower


  • 4 chopp french beans


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 chopped tomato


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 2 cloves of garlic


  • 2 green chilli


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp Hing


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp coriander ppowder


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Soak rice and all daals
  • Make a potli of whole spices
  • Take cooker and add all rice ,daals and potli
  • Add salt ,haldi and water
  • Give 3 whistles
  • Till them chop and steam all vegetables
  • Heat ghee and add,jeera,rai ,hing
  • Add garlic and onion ,saute them
  • Add tomato and cook
  • Add haldi,chilli powder and coriander powder
  • Add little water and all vegetables
  • Mash them and mix them
  • Add half cuo water and khichri
  • Mix finely and our khichri is ready to serve
  • Serve with kadhi and papad
